Black Panther M & C UG (haftungsbeschränkt) operates this online shop and this website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”) in order to provide you with a personalised shopping experience.

The following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your rights and obligations in connection with the use of our Services.

By completing the ordering process, you submit a binding offer to purchase. A contract is only formed once we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for valid reasons (e.g. product unavailability or incorrect pricing).

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are final prices in euros and include statutory value added tax, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown separately.

Available payment methods are displayed during the checkout process. Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

 

 

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times are non-binding estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.

For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods passes only upon delivery of the goods to the consumer or a person authorised to receive them.

Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures or force majeure are beyond our control.

 

 

SECTION 6 – RETENTION OF TITLE

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

SECTION 11 – LIABILITY

We are liable without limitation in cases of intent or gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health.

For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which they have their habitual residence.
