Shipping Policy

We ship our products within Germany and to selected other countries.

Delivery times depend on the individual product and are specified on the respective product page. Unless otherwise stated, the standard delivery time is between 3 and 14 business days from the conclusion of the contract (for advance payment, from receipt of payment).

Please note that in individual cases delays may occur, in particular due to high order volumes, customs clearance processes or shipping carriers. Such delays are beyond our control.

Applicable shipping costs are clearly displayed during the checkout process.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes or fees may apply. These costs are to be borne by the customer.
