Refund policy

 

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party nominated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

 

 

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

 

 

Return of Goods

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Please do not return goods with unpaid postage.

 

 

Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

– for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are made on the basis of an individual selection or decision by the consumer or are clearly personalised;

– for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.

 

 

Condition of the Goods

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

 

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed within fourteen days using the original method of payment.
